2.1 Voice Recordings

When you call our service number, we record your voice messages to process website update requests. These recordings are:

• Stored securely for up to 90 days
• Transcribed using Deepgram (a US-based service provider)
• Processed by Claude AI (Anthropic, US-based) to interpret update requests
• Reviewed by our human moderation team before changes go live

2.2 Business Information

We collect and store:

• Business name, address, and contact details
• Phone number and email address
• Business type (pub, cafe, B&B, etc.)
• Website content (opening hours, menus, events, etc.)
• Photos you email to us

2.3 Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe (a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor). We do not store your full credit card details. We receive only:

• Last 4 digits of your card
• Card expiry date
• Payment status and subscription details

2.4 Technical Information

We automatically collect:

• Phone number you're calling from (Caller ID)
• Timestamp of calls and update requests
• IP address when accessing your website dashboard (if applicable)
• Browser type and device information

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Process your website update requests
• Transcribe and interpret voice messages
• Provide human quality control before publishing changes
• Maintain your website and hosting services
• Send service notifications (updates published, payment due, etc.)
• Provide customer support
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Improve our service quality and accuracy
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Data Processors & Third Parties

We share your data with the following service providers (all compliant with GDPR):

International Transfers: Some of these processors are based in the United States. Data transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.

5. Data Retention

• Voice recordings: 90 days maximum
• Transcripts: 12 months (for service quality review)
• Business information: Duration of your subscription + 7 years (tax records)
• Website content: Duration of your subscription + 30 days
• Payment records: 7 years (legal requirement)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
